I specialize in corporate reputation, crisis and issues management as well as social and earned media for consumer, corporate and B2B brands. Over the course of my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients in nearly every industry and have helped some of Canada’s leading companies promote their success as well as manage complex and challenging issues. I’ve managed M&A and litigation communications, launched new products and built profile for executives. I’ve mostly worked behind the scenes but have also spent time in front of the camera as a spokesperson.
I’m fascinated by the influence that narrative has on public opinion and get excited when CEOs and other leaders take a stand on issues that are important to them. I love coaching spokespeople to prepare for media interviews and challenging meetings with stakeholders. I also have hands-on experience developing and auditing employee communication programs and helping leaders refine and articulate their corporate responsibility strategies.
