
We’re looking to add a full-time Account Coordinator to our Influencer Marketing team!
This role is a hybrid of remote and in-person. APEX PR is a leading Canadian
independent agency with clients such as Levis, Door Dash, Roku, Yeti, Walmart and so
many more.
Job Overview
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a collaborative, highly organized, and resultsdriven people-person, interested in executing world-class influencer programs for APEX
PR and ruckus Digital and its clients. The best candidate for this role would be a digital
native with a passion for social media marketing, user-generated content, trend analysis
and influencer culture. They are interested in functioning as part of a high-performance
influencer marketing team, collaborating with content creators to tell brand stories, drive
awareness, and spur conversion using innovative tactics and tools. From influencer
selection to onboarding, campaign management, tracking, amplification, and reporting,
this role will be essential to ensure client influencer programs are successful and
optimized from end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing:
• Establish and execute key processes for the successful management of scaled
influencer programs
• Source and identify the best partners for each program
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with influencer partners
• Review influencer assets and ensure they reflect client needs
• In collaboration with clients, draft and communicate campaign briefs to influencer
partners
• Deliver regular reports on campaign KPIs, highlights, learnings, and opportunities
• Make recommendations to internal and external teams about content amplification
and usage across marketing channels, where relevant
• Assist in the development of influencer plans, strategies, and campaigns
• Dive into campaign data to seek out trends in influencer activations and results
• Research emerging influencer, social media, and affiliate trends, ensuring APEX is
providing best-in-class recommendations to clients across industries
• Remain up-to-date on relevant laws and best practices regarding influencer
advertising and disclosure requirements
• Various administrative tasks, such as maintaining a library of influencer content,
follow-ups on outstanding content, influencer program tracking, ad-hoc reporting, and
other needs as required
Our Ideal Candidate would possess the following:
• Minimum 1-2 years working at an Influencer agency, PR, media vendor, talent firm or
equivalent
• Retail and CPG experience preferred but not required
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Prior experience with influencer discovery, management and boosting tools preferred
• Understand insights and metrics from various social platforms including Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
• Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role
of influencer marketing and best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
and build and maintain relationships with key influencers
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements and existing relationships with
Canadian influencers is a plus
• Experience managing influencer programs from start to finish
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
