Senior PR Practitioner, Corporate Communications – Contract Position

APEX Public Relations Inc., IABC Toronto’s 2007 & 2008 Agency of the Year, is a dynamic agency with top tier corporate clients such as BMO Financial Group, Grand & Toy and UPS. We require an enthusiastic senior practitioner to work in our corporate communications practice.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years experience including corporate, financial, B2B and sustainability. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong client counsel, project management and media relations skills. Government relations experience is an asset. We offer candidates an excellent client roster in a fast-paced environment ideal for creative team players who can meet multiple deadlines and who thrive in a high energy atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of public relations experience
• Excellent writing abilities
• Solid organization, budgeting and account management
• Extensive media relations experience
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
• PR agency experience required
