Samsung Mobile Canada was determined to make a grand entrance into Canada’s smart phone market in 2010. It needed to advance its objective to be Canada’s top manufacturer of Android-powered mobile devices with the launch of its new Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant. APEX helped it do that and more by coordinating a guerrilla-style pop-up concert at the intersection of Front and Yonge in Toronto featuring hit indie band Metric and a team of Galaxy S brand ambassadors. APEX ensured the concert would be a success by generating buzz in social media circles in the weeks leading up to the event, and securing prominent media coverage for the device on the day of the launch.
