APEX PUBLIC RELATIONS TAKES HOME SIX TORONTO - April 26, 2007 - It was quite the night for APEX Public Relations at the 2007 CPRS (Toronto) ACE Awards, which took place yesterday at the Arcadian Court. The agency was recognized with six awards, including three gold awards. APEX was honoured for the integrated marketing campaign it developed and executed with BMO Financial Group. Dubbed " Talking 'bout my Generation: BMO speaks to boomers about the new retirement," the campaign won gold both in the Media Relations and Brand Development Campaign of the Year categories. APEX's multifaceted public relations campaign for John Frieda's new Frizz-Ease collection also won gold in the Media Relations category. "We are extremely proud of the innovative work executed on behalf of all our clients," said Pat McNamara, president of APEX. "Winning gold awards for both BMO Financial Group and John Frieda's Frizz-Ease collection, part of Kao Brands Canada Inc., really reflects the partnership we've built with them.
