How to work with influencers

Communicators started working with bloggers around 2007-08, when as an industry we started taking note that our audiences were increasingly consuming blogs like they were mainstream media.

Today, the category has grown to what we call influencers – a result of expansion of consumption to various platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Last Wednesday, Sept. 28, the Canadian Public Relations Society – Toronto #CPRSTO hosted a panel on this very topic (from left in above image):
